Scenes from the Chicago AYI Tour

After three weeks and eight cities, the Autodesk Accelerate Your Ideas Tour ended on Thursday in Chicago. Attendees learned how to apply their existing AutoCAD knowledge to easily create 3D conceptual designs in AutoCAD 2007. From there, they learned how to maximize the value of their design data using more advanced applications specifically designed for structure, building, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing.

I will continue to post more information to help you transition from your familiar 2D AutoCAD designs to the exciting world of 3D. If you are interested in learning more about Autodesk’s industry specific building solutions, visit www.autodesk.com/building or www.autodesk.com/autocadforarchitects.
